Chef

Studying recipes, creating menus, and preparing high-quality dishes. Delegating tasks to kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation. Overseeing food preparation and cooking for businesses, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, and hospitals.

Front Desk and Manager Front Desk

The front desk team is the first point of contact for guests and handles functions such as check-in, check-out, reservation payments, and more.
Responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing the reception area.

Catering

Preparing the service and work area, including organizing table and chair arrangements. Ensuring proper condition of catering materials and table service.

Waiter

The waiter plays a key role in customer service, taking orders, serving them at the table, handling complaints and compliments, processing payments, and managing billing.

Manager Housekeeping

Supervising the housekeeping staff or overseeing hotel cleanliness, including organizing shifts, maintaining quality standards, interacting with customers, and related tasks.

Steward

StewardResponsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchenware, providing support to food preparation and dining room staff. They may also be responsible for cleaning common areas of establishments.

Handyman

Performing maintenance tasks, such as replacing bulbs and outlets, cleaning and repairing breaker panels, fixing locks, replacing windows, and conducting general maintenance procedures.

Bartender

Preparing, crafting, and serving beverages to customers in hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes, and clubs. Bartenders work closely with waitstaff, primarily focusing on bar service.

Manager F&B(Food and Beverage)

Responsible for controlling and managing all aspects related to food and beverages in an establishment.

Restaurant Services Supervisor

Supervisors oversee restaurant operations, including scheduling and conducting meetings, evaluating staff and work procedures to maintain quality standards and excellent service..

Pool attendant

In charge of keeping the pool clean and organized in hotels and resorts, greets guests, attends to their needs, and provides everything required for the user’s comfort.

General Labor

A general laborer performs various tasks to support other workers in completing projects or assignments on time.
