Front Desk and Manager Front Desk
The front desk team is the first point of contact for guests and handles functions such as check-in, check-out, reservation payments, and more.
Responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing the reception area.
Catering
Preparing the service and work area, including organizing table and chair arrangements. Ensuring proper condition of catering materials and table service.
Waiter
The waiter plays a key role in customer service, taking orders, serving them at the table, handling complaints and compliments, processing payments, and managing billing.
Manager Housekeeping
Supervising the housekeeping staff or overseeing hotel cleanliness, including organizing shifts, maintaining quality standards, interacting with customers, and related tasks.
Steward

Responsible for controlling and managing all aspects related to food and beverages in an establishment.
Restaurant Services Supervisor

Pool attendant
